After years of living in Bali, we’re creating eight homes in the village that has become part of our everyday life.

We know Ubud as home.
We’re a couple from Hungary who made Bali our home. Our son Artur was born here, and we now live in Ubud.
Together with our architect and local team, we’re creating NOYA around what we value in our own home: thoughtful layouts, natural materials, plenty of light and a strong connection to the outdoors.
Our experience developing and operating Rooftop Art Villa has also taught us how much the everyday details matter, both to owners and to the guests who stay.
